Qualifications & experience

• At least GCE "O" Level
• Working knowledge of productivity application programs such as Excel, Microsoft Words, Powerpoint
• Experience in ERP system

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide customer service by responding to enquiries, preparing price quotations, processing orders and providing information on order shipment.
• Interact with customers to develop close relationship in order to facilitate good communication and opportunities.
• Coordinate with various departments in the Company to ensure fulfilment of customer orders
• Carry out purchasing of inventory and coordinate with vendors
• Provide administrative support to sales team such as reports and marketing events
