Job Description

• Daily sales invoicing.
• Liaise with warehouse on stock for daily delivery.
• Liaise with outsource delivery for delivery route.
• Handle sales enquiry and forward to salesperson for detailed follow-up.
• Build and maintain good relationships with new and/or existing clients, and provide quality after-sales service.
• Administration roles as required on day-to-day operations.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a GCE ‘O’ Level, Professional certificate/ NiTEC or any field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Team player, able to work independently, resourcefully, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
