Sales Coordinator (6 mths contract to perm role) / Oil & Gas (West)

• Location: Pandan Road
• Salary: $2,500 to $3,000
• Work Week: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
• Min. Qualification: O-Level
• Experience: 2 years

Job Description/ Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a contact person between customer & internal sales team in liaison for quote/order clarification, interchange of technical and commercial data, and the resolution of questions and problems.
• Attending to customers’ enquiries & following up quotations with customers.
• Processing of customer orders.
• Coordinating between Sales and Production.
• Ensuring that customer requirements are understood by Production.
• Issuing material requisition forms.
• Coordinating documentation for delivery/shipment.
• Organizing and maintaining reference files.
• Coordinating customer credit rating with Accounts Department and ensuring the limits are not exceeded in placing orders.
• Assisting to follow up on payments with customers.
• Consolidating monthly sales reports.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer knowledge in MS Office.
• A team player with a good working attitude.
• 6 months contract with the possibility to convert to a permanent role.

Remarks: Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)

Company’s transport pick up/drop off point at Clementi MRT station.
