Job Responsibilities
Process orders received through email and phone, verify and input items, transfer orders to fulfillment, and provide information on stock availability and delivery timelines.
Boost order volume by recommending related items, explaining product features, and reviewing the customer’s purchase history.
With guidance, manage, qualify, and expand opportunities from marketing, external sales, and national accounts.
Prepare, issue, and follow up on verbal or written quotes to secure orders or understand reasons for lost orders.
Monitor open customer orders, address pending items, and take action on those at risk of missing promised delivery dates.
Maintain backorder reports, track customer expediting requests, and provide notifications as needed.
Share insights with management on industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback.
Job Requirements
Diploma holder and above
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge in inventory management
Proficient in MS Applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be meticulous
