Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose

Assist with daily duties to ensure good relationships and services to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the sales and account management of new business opportunities, leveraging the company’s logistics offerings and services.
2. Identify business prospects and opportunities, evaluating and analyzing the sales options, and proposing effective solutions for clients.
3. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
4. Preparation and submission of Project Tenders/RFQs.
5. Monthly sales reporting.
6. Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by superiors from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma or degree holders in any logistics or engineering discipline.
2. PC knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
3. Self-driven, highly motivated, proactive, confident, and independent.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.

Working Hours

8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday); 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (alternate Saturday).
