Support and manage day-to-day sales operations, including processing quotations, sales orders, purchase requisitions, delivery orders, and invoicing.
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person, providing information about products and services. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage all incoming queries, issues, or grievances with patience, positivity, and professionalism.
Obtain costing from procurement, suppliers, or internal sources, and submit quotations, artwork, and other related documents to customers promptly.
Proactively update customers on their order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
Support the generation of sales through cold calling or by responding to incoming queries from various platforms.
Collaborate effectively with finance, operations, and sales teams, and liaise with customers on sales and stock aging monitoring.
Communicate with customers to follow up on unpaid invoices while maintaining professionalism and strong customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year or above related working experience as sales coordinator/sales admin/sales support etc.
At least ‘N’ level, ‘O’ level or equivalent
Computer literate, preferably with basic knowledge of SAP system
Willing to learn, able to follow instruction.
Customer oriented, able to communicate with customers in an effective manner.
Able to perform overtime work as and when required, mostly during monthly closing.
