Our client, a provider of automation and precision solutions for industrial devices, is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist the sales team.
Reporting to: General Manager
【What you will be working on】
- Handling and preparation of full sets of shipping documentation.
- Export/Import documentation coordination.
- Performing delivery schedule management.
- Creating PSI and managing inventory, updating of sales & purchase data in the order system.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

【 What they are looking for 】
(Must)
- Minimum Diploma.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination and handling shipping documents.
- Knowledgeable in Export/Import operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Words
- Fluent in English and Chinese in speaking, listening & writing is essential to liaise with Chinese native counterparts.
(Advantageous)
- Experience in the Electronics/Semiconductor company
