Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor and track sales performance and report on key metrics.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and forecasts.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the operations team.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining sales databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
  • Knowledge of plumbing products and services is a plus.
  • Minimum Diploma, proficient in written and spoken English
