Sales Coordinator

Our Client:

• Manufacturing
• 5 Days, 9am to 6pm
• Serangoon
• Up to $4000 +VB

Responsibilities:

• Review and confirm customer Purchase Orders, Cost Sheets, and quotations before data entry.
• Create Proforma Invoices for advance payments from customers.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to obtain and verify shipment details (ETD, ETA) and quotations.
• Prepare Packing Lists and Commercial Invoices for customs purposes.
• Collaborate with customers to review and approve the Bill of Lading Draft and Shipment Draft before finalizing the documents.
• Liaise with suppliers to get quotations.
• Manage all licensing activities in HCP Portal.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Business/Sales & Marketing.
• Min 2 Years experience in order management or shipping related role.
• Able to read shipping documents.
• Experience with Salesforce and Nasvision.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
