Responsible for day-to-day customer service support, including sales order entry, invoicing management, procurement of goods and ensuring that deliveries have been made
Attend to call inquiries, create new customer accounts, and follow up on quotations with present and new customers
Provide general support to the sales team including preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts
Process orders and maintain the company websites/social media
Submit E-invoices
Perform any other ad hoc duties as required
5 days work: 08:00am - 17:45pm
Job Requirements:
Possess a minimum 'N' or 'O' or Higher Education
Able to work independently and possess good multi-tasking skills
