Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Good Gear Solution Pte. Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales support to our sales team, ensuring smooth order processing and excellent customer service. Based in our Tuas West Region office, this position will play a crucial part in driving the company's sales growth and success.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage incoming sales inquiries and orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
2. Liaise with customers to provide updates on order status, delivery timelines, and address any concerns.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
4. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare sales reports.
5. Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
6. Make the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
7. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
8. Familiar with exhibition booking and arrangement.
9. Import-export experience for Singapore customs.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordinator or customer service role, preferably within the sales industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
3. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
4. Proficient in using sales and customer service software, as well as MS Office applications.
5. A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
6. Familiarity with the sales industry and its best practices.
