We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to manage day-to-day sales operations. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, handling inquiries, and providing effective customer solutions. The role involves sourcing new sales opportunities, maintaining key customer relationships, coordinating projects, and collaborating with internal teams. Additional duties include preparing tender documents, submitting reports, and attending product training sessions to stay updated on industry trends.
Work hours:
Monday - Friday
9am to 6:30pm
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business or related field
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in related field
• Exposure to computer hardware/ software/ maintenance contract is preferred
• Strong phone presence, interpersonal & customer service oriented
• Proficient in MS Office
