Sales Coordinator
Job description
- Respond to any online or telephone inquiries in a professional way and work closely with the Sales team to develop Sales strategy accordingly.
- Prepare the monthly sales forecast and ensure that shipments meet the monthly and quarterly goals.
- Support the field sales team by being the point of contact for the client regarding logistics aspects.
- Track sales orders to ensure products are shipped out in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma and 1 year of experience working as a sales coordinator.
- A good level of administrative skills.
- Ability to multitask and capacity to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and other sales-related software proficiency (Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous).
