Sales Coordinator

Job Description

1. Handle all customer enquiries
2. Input all sales orders received into the system and generate PO to all related vendors
3. Plan and coordinate all delivery schedules, negotiate with vendors for delivery improvement
4. Prepare and release picking list for delivery
5. Ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers
6. Ensure pricing is updated at all times
7. Attend to quality issues of the goods
8. Ensure prompt monthly AR collections
9. Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s business rules and regulations and adhere to the Legal Compliance policy
10. Undertake any other assignments and duties, which management may assign from time to time

Requirements

1. Preferably O'Level & above
2. At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
4. Strong communication and organizational skills
5. Time management and customer service skills
6. Maintain accuracy and attend to enquiries within the timeframe
