Provide comprehensive back-end administrative support to the outdoor sales team, including handling quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing.
Assist the lead manager in ensuring that projects follow established plans and timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in both online and in-person product training sessions organized by vendors to remain informed about the latest developments.
Actively seek new sales opportunities through follow-up on inbound leads.
Requirements:
Min Nitec Certificate in Business or related
Min 1 year experience as an Admin / Sales Coordinator
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
