This full-time Sales Coordinator position at Imin Technology Pte Ltd, based in Bishan Central Region, is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing technology company. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating client meetings
Assist with the preparation of sales quotation and other sales-related materials
Coordinate the order fulfilment process including issuing sales orders, purchase orders to other trade-related documents. Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports as required
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing client concerns
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and procedures
Support the sales team in achieving their targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales coordinator or administrative support role, preferably in the technology industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software-Salesforce System.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptable approach
Data Analyst skill will be a bonus.
