Responsibilities:
Perform strong back-end administrative support to outdoor sales team (Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing)
Professionally handle high volume of inquiries and assist to provide effective solutions for customers’ issues
Provide excellent support and customer service
Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed
Support lead manager by ensuring projects adhere to agreed plans and schedules
Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to facilitate smooth operations
Attend online and offline product training sessions arranged by vendors to stay up-to-date with the latest developments
Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and documents for tenders
Proactively source for new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
Requirements:
Diploma in Business or related field
At least 1-2 years of working/administrative experience in a relevant field
Exposure to computer hardware/software/maintenance contracts
Strong phone presence, interpersonal & customer service oriented
Enjoy interacting and communicating with people, and maintaining good rapport with our IT Business Partners
