Communicate with our customers and business partners to solve engine troubles by email and phone.
Create a quotation and sales related reports.
Issue invoices and deliver the invoices to customers.
Key in the information in internal system.
Understand products, services, and the customers’ demands to become a bridge between the customers and business partners.
Visit customers to have meetings for any type of negotiations for our services.
Follow up with customers for quotations and payments.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ job experience within relevant Machinery fields.
Have a background in mechanical engineering study and experience.
Candidate must be able to independently manage their time and tasks.
Excellent communication skills, initiative-taking to inspire a team, and be a good team player.
Strong commitment to safety/compliance procedures are needed.
Business level of Japanese language proficiency at speaking and writing to consult with Japanese speaking customers, suppliers, and Japan head-quarter. (Requirement qualification: JLPT 2)
