SALES COORDINATOR

The sales coordinator shall oversee the entire activities of the Sales. Provide & assist expertise in providing efficient and focus on sales strategies to achieve the company’s strategy, goals, growth and profit objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Supporting the team in proactive sales and research.
2. Assist in preparing proposals, contracts and presentations for potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the Serviced Apartment.
3. Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
4. Provide administrative support to the sales team including managing schedules and appointments.
5. Assisting in handling and resolving queries, complaints or feedback, and providing service recovery whenever necessary.
6. Conduct site inspections and tours for potential clients to showcase our facilities.
7. Collaborating with other teams and clients to ensure seamless activities execution.
8. Adhoc assignment from management.

Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree in Business/Hospitality or the equivalent.
2. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Serviced Apartment/Hotel Reservation and sales & marketing.
3. Self-motivated, creative and innovative, and good organising and multi-tasking skills.
4. Strong in sales communication, negotiation and presentation skill.
5. Independent / Team player attitude & willingness to learn.

• Working rights required for this role.
• Expected start date for role: 02 December 2024.
• Expected salary: $2,400 - $3,000 per month.
