Responsibilities:
· Support the Sales & Marketing team to achieve sales targets and distribute sales leads promptly.
· Manage the sales hotline, responding to calls and emails according to brand standards.
· Generate reports efficiently and on time by maximizing the use of the sales system (Delphi)
· Assist with event coordination, site inspections and tours to showcase the hotels facilities
· Assist in collecting and reporting market and competitive data.
· Maintain accurate sales records and client database management.
· Provide administrative support, including managing of sales documents, requisitions and claims, stock control of sales collateral and coordinating with other departments on sales-related matters
· Stay updated on industry trends, support direct marketing activities, and attend networking events to identify new business opportunities when required
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the reporting officer or supervisor
Requirements:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Fresh Graduates are welcome
· Education and/or experience in Hospitality is a plus
