Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales Growth:
• Generate leads, close deals, and expand revenue with integrity and professionalism.
• Conduct one-on-one appointments, build rapport with brides and their families, providing personalized advice and recommendations based on their preferences, body type, and wedding theme.
• Master the Process: Follow our proven sales system designed for consistent, measurable success.
• Consult and Solve:
• Understand clients’ needs deeply and deliver tailored solutions that create long-term value.
• Address client concerns or alterations requirements with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with seamstresses and other team members to ensure timely delivery of gowns.
• Engage Relentlessly: Stay in front of your prospects with ongoing communication and value-added insights. Stay ahead of all fashion and aesthetic trends.
• Track and Report: Measure your success through key performance metrics and continually refine your approach.
• Brand Representation:
• Uphold the boutique’s luxury standards by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a polished appearance.
• Act as a brand ambassador during events, trunk shows, and other promotional activities.
• Operational Excellence:
• Ensure the boutique is always visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support in-store events and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding quotas in front facing sales experience.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with clients.
• A coachable mindset and a passion for personal and professional growth.
• Resilience, determination, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• A passion for fashion and an understanding of luxury brand standards and retail management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and a disciplined approach to sales processes.
