About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team at ESTES CONSULTANCY PTE LTD. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales and business growth for our company. This is a full-time position based in the Bukit Batok Central West Region.

What you'll be doing

• Actively prospecting and generating new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients

• Presenting our products and services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner

• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals

• Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the Sales industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
