Job Overview:

We are looking for a 360 Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles. This position requires a dynamic individual who can develop and maintain client relationships, source top talent, negotiate terms, and deliver excellent customer service. The role is both client-facing and candidate-facing, requiring strong business development, communication, and networking skills. We welcome candidates with no experience as there will be training provided.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
2. Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction with placements and discuss ongoing hiring requirements.
3. Negotiate recruitment fees and contract terms with clients.
4. Proactively pursue leads and close new accounts.
5. Maintain and grow a network of industry contacts to expand business reach.
6. Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential clients.
7. Follow up with clients post-placement to ensure successful integration of candidates.
8. Advise clients on current hiring trends, salary expectations, and industry challenges.
9. Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, headhunting, referrals, and networking.
10. Write and post job advertisements to attract the best talent.
11. Use creative sourcing techniques to build a strong candidate pipeline.
12. Review CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates for open roles.
13. Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
14. Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
15. Match candidates to client vacancies based on their qualifications, experience, and career goals.
16. Coordinate interview processes, including arranging interviews and providing client feedback.
17. Negotiate offers and contract terms between clients and candidates.
18. Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
19. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Previous experience as a 360 Recruiter or in a full-cycle recruitment role is a plus.
3. Strong business development skills with the ability to generate leads, develop relationships, and close deals.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to build a strong network of clients and candidates.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
7. Self-driven with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
8. Enjoy meeting and interacting with people.
