Your Role
As the Sales & Business Operations Specialist for Superkraft, you will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional execution across the commercial, product, and operational lifecycle. You will support the development and go-to-market of products while optimizing sales workflows, demand-supply coordination, pricing, and post-launch performance. This role is highly collaborative and requires strong business acumen, project management skills, and hands-on ownership of sales and operations processes.
Responsibilities
Sales & Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations
- Support the creation and maintenance of sales forecasts, GTM decks, and product catalogs for B2B and B2C channels.
- Ensure accurate product listings across platforms (Shopify, D2C, wholesale portals), including version control and pricing accuracy.
- Track and evaluate sales performance against forecasts; produce post-mortems with data-driven insights and action items.
Business Development & Account Management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including outbound prospecting, cold outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline building.
- Manage day-to-day communications and relationships with B2B retailers, sales affiliates, and distribution partners.
- Maintain up-to-date tracking of partner deliverables, marketing commitments, and commercial terms.
- Assist in onboarding new partners and ensuring their smooth integration into existing sales workflows.
Business & Supply Chain Operations
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payments to artists, vendors, and factories.
- Liaise with Logistics and Production to monitor prototype shipments, SKU setups, and factory operations.
- Support demand and supply planning efforts by flagging potential risks and proposing mitigation actions.
Pricing & Financial Accuracy
- Assist in the preparation and review of business proposals, including cost validation, pricing structures, and profitability calculations.
- Verify supplier quotes against internal models and coordinate revisions as needed to support final pricing strategies.
Product Management & Feature Deployment
- Partner with Technology team to scope, prioritize, and test website features that directly impact the product experience and sales enablement.
- Lead feature request documentation and coordinate internal feedback during and after the build stabilization phase.
- Conduct post-mortem reviews of projects, covering end-to-end product development and delivery cycles.
Marketing & Creative Coordination
- Work with Creative and Marketing teams to prepare campaign briefs aligned with product positioning and sales strategy.
- Ensure timely asset delivery and content deployment across marketing channels in line with release plans.
- Monitor community engagement touchpoints (socials, forums) to ensure brand consistency and responsiveness.
Risk & Project Closure
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and stakeholders to formally close out canceled projects and ensure no unintended progression to production.
- Support the resolution of blockers through ad-hoc initiatives and agile routines defined in the RACI framework.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales operations, business development, or commercial execution.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, conduct outreach, and close B2B deals.
- Experience supporting GTM planning, sales decks, forecasts, and product catalog updates.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and tracking sales performance metrics.
- Exposure to pricing validation, business proposal preparation, and profitability checks.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams like Finance, Logistics, and Production.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and digital product listings.
- Ability to support product lifecycle tasks, including feature documentation and post-mortems.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data, pricing, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills in fast-paced environments.
- Bonus: Experience with IP-driven products, B2B retail, or brand licensing workflows.
