The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales professional to join our growing team. Based in the Central Region, this full-time role will play a crucial part in driving new business development and expanding our client base across a range of dynamic industries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify and prospect new sales opportunities through a variety of channels online and offline.
  2. Organize events and seminars to create public awareness and explore new client acquisitions.
  3. Develop, run, and manage social media marketing and campaigns.
  4. Follow up and liaise on social media campaigns for opportunities.
  5. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  6. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful closure.
  7. Attend monthly meetings for industrial updates.
  8. Participate in weekly personal meetings to develop and implement effective strategies.
  9. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
  10. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and performance metrics, ensuring KPIs are met.
  11. Follow through on client needs until finalization of the client portfolio.

What We're Looking For

  1. Proven track record in new business development, preferably within a New Business Sales Development role.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  3. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically.
  4. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  5. Degree qualified or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
