Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Plan and carry out sales strategies to grow our business in Singapore and Malaysia.
Forecast team performance to ensure alignment with sales targets.
Conduct thorough competitor analysis and adapt sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Engage existing clients and promote our new payroll outsourcing services.
Business Development and Client Acquisition:
Identify and connect with decision-makers at potential client companies through cold calls, face-to-face meetings, and presentations.
Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop new initiatives aimed at generating leads.
Understand client requirements and develop tailored QuickHR HRMS and payroll solutions.
Independently manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, sales presentations, solution explanations, business negotiations, tender bidding and contract signing.
Build and maintain pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management and Account Growth:
Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support, guidance and information.
Develop and implement strategic account management plans to maximise client retention and drive revenue growth.
Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
Leading the Sales Team:
Collaborate, mentor and motivate existing sales team to create a positive and productive team environment.
Provide coaching and guidance to both system sales and BPO sales team to enhance their sales skills and performance.
Set clear targets and lead the team to consistently hit or exceed them as we grow.
Day-to-Day Operations:
Work closely with other departments like business development and implementation to ensure smooth handovers and client satisfaction.
Regularly update the management team on sales progress and results.
Develop and execute personal sales plans that align with company sales guidance to achieve sales targets.
Essential Skillset:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets is an advantage.
In-depth knowledge of HRMS and payroll outsourcing in Singapore and Malaysia is an advantage.
Understanding of Singapore's labor laws and regulations.
Leadership and team management skills.
