Assist the CEO and Director of the company in responding to emails from customers.
Assist in sales by generating and following up on business leads.
Identify potential customers and reach out to them with business proposals.
Follow up via emails and phone calls and assist with enquiries.
Support client acquisition and retention by understanding customer requirements.
Work closely with the Sales Support team in a fast-paced environment to execute sales activities.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
Requirements:
No specific technical knowledge or skill is expected in this role. However, technical knowledge of telecommunication equipment or IT will be an added advantage.
Must be driven, resourceful, and collaborative.
Diploma or Degree in electrical or electronics; can apply with no experience.
