Position 1 - Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in client communications, proposal preparations, and order processing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain backorder reports, track customer expediting requests, and provide notifications as needed.
  • Keep track of and maintain adequate stock for ongoing projects.
  • Generate sales-related documents, including quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as sales support or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Position 2 - Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the GWP sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
