Job description

Position Overview: The Sales and Operations Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring smooth integration between sales activities and operational processes. The role will require a blend of strategic thinking, sales management, and operational efficiency to meet business goals and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing guidance and support to the sales team.
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth and market penetration.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational functions to ensure processes are efficient
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, operational efficiency, and other key metrics.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management and operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
