Sales and Operations Manager

We are hiring a Sales & Operations Manager with experience in the vending industry. This role is responsible for optimizing the sales team's success by managing sales goals, projections, and processes. Key duties include developing and implementing sales processes, overseeing the sales team or sales operations specialists, and planning and strategizing sales objectives.

Job duties and responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams, specialists, and other representatives.
2. Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts.
3. Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals.
4. Recruiting, hiring, and training sales representatives.
5. Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends.
6. Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency.
7. Strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing sales team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary.
8. Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments, and upper management.
9. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies.
10. Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities.
11. Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts.
12. Act as liaison between different departments.
13. Successfully provides internal and external communication at all levels, including management.
14. Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate a 24/7 workforce.
15. Experience managing multiple operational arrangements simultaneously.
