Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales And Operations Executive, based on-site in Singapore. The Sales And Operations Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, liaising with clients and vendors, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience in Event Planning and Project Management
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Capability in Budget Management and Resource Allocation
• Due to industry expectations, weekends and public holidays may be activated for event days
• Proficiency in Interactive Technologies, Game and Metaverse Development, and Blockchain Integration
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Experience in events is a plus
