Sales and Marketing, Senior / Sales Engineer / Account Manager

Responsibilities:

Sales

1. Manage a portfolio of accounts and utilize account management processes to identify key customers and develop specific action plans to grow identified accounts.
2. Experience in handling OEM customer issues.
3. Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers, updating them on service value-added offerings.
4. Cultivate and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to maximize sales potential.
5. Evaluate customers’ needs, prepare quotations, technical proposals or contracts, and follow up to fulfill orders.
6. Provide advice and assistance to customers on technical issues (onsite & offsite).
7. Plan sales forecasts to meet sales targets.
8. Perform other duties as responsibilities necessitate.
9. Minimum traveling to neighboring countries.

Marketing

1. Build brand awareness, working closely with HQ.
2. Plan sales and advertising campaigns.
3. Collect and analyze market research data.
4. Identify potential markets and test them extensively.
5. Present projects to clients and work with them to strategize and improve the material according to their needs.
6. Work within a team of marketers to collaboratively create an ad campaign.
7. Keep track of and balance budgets.
8. Establish beneficial pricing strategies.
9. Participate in exhibition projects.
10. Annual ISO audit programs.

Requirements:

1. Min. Diploma in Engineering or equivalent; mechanical knowledge & experience will be an advantage.
2. Min. 3-5 years of technical sales/marketing experience.
3. Experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical, Electronics, Automotive, or Medical Industry will be an advantage.
4. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
5. Good initiative matched with excellent communication and sales skills.
6. Must be PC literate with knowledge of MS Office.
7. Possess own vehicle.
