Sales And Marketing Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to promote our florist company and increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media, collaborate on branding, and drive both online and in-store traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase visibility.
2. Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
3. Create engaging content, including photos, videos, and blog posts.
4. Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Branding & Content Creation:
6. Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
7. Work with photographers and designers to create high-quality promotional materials.
8. Write compelling copy for website, email newsletters, and print ads.
9. Develop and execute promotions, loyalty programs, and special campaigns.
10. Organize seasonal and event-driven marketing initiatives (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, weddings).
11. Collaborate with florists and designers to highlight best-selling and seasonal arrangements.
12. Public Relations & Partnerships:
13. Partner with local businesses, wedding planners, and influencers to expand reach.
14. Manage influencer collaborations and sponsorship opportunities.
15. Seek media opportunities for press coverage and community engagement.
16. Analytics & Reporting:
17. Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure success.
18. Provide insights and recommendations for improving performance.
19. Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
2. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
5. Bonus Skills:
6. Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
7. SEO and content marketing knowledge.
8. Photography or video editing skills.
