Sales and Marketing Manager / executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through corporate clients, event organizers, and premium customers. The ideal candidate has established connections in corporate clients, especially for mid-size and large enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leverage your existing networks to generate sales, with a focus on corporate gifting, event florals, and high-end customers.
2. Identify and approach potential customers to expand current market reach.
3. Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients.
4. Stay updated on customer preferences and market trends to refine sales strategies.
5. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
6. Track sales performance and provide regular reports on business growth.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record in sales with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
2. Strong ability to work independently and drive sales without constant supervision.
3. Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin or other languages is a plus).
