Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development initiatives within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Engage in technical discussions and clarifications based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with customers and design engineers to define product specifications.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a strong network in the Marine, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, and Power Plant sectors, including EPC contractors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license.
