Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects and drive sales growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and effective leadership to achieve our Group’s business objectives.

Job Description

1. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and maximise revenue for our real estate projects.
2. Identify target markets and demographics, conduct market research, and analyse market trends, pricing strategies, competitors’ sales and marketing activities to tailor our overall sales & marketing strategies accordingly.
3. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies to continuously improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and development to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with project objectives.
5. Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and digital content to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
6. Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website development, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising to generate leads and engage with customers.
7. Lead and mentor a growing team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to foster their professional growth and performance.
8. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to drive referrals and repeat business.
9. Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and prepare regular reports for management review.
10. Formulate pricing strategies as well as execute marketing plans and activities that are in line with the overall sales & marketing plan.
11. Oversee product sales launch matters, which include sales gallery, liaising with marketing agencies, monitoring the progress of sales, handling after-sales administration, implementation of sales documents, and monitoring and managing expenditures against the approved budget.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles of at least 7 years of experience in a managerial or leadership capacity, within the real estate industry.
3. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property development processes, and sales cycles.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
5. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
6. Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve results.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
