Position Summary

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will spearhead the acquisition of new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies, reaching out to new clients, conducting market research, and developing marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Sourcing: Identify and acquire property listings for sale through networking, direct outreach, and market research.
  • Property Listing: Organize and maintain up-to-date property listings across various platforms.
  • Cold Calling: Conduct outreach to potential clients and property owners to generate leads and listings.
  • Lead Management: Engage potential buyers and investors, nurture leads, and facilitate successful transactions.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and social media strategies, to enhance property visibility.
  • Creation of Marketing Material: Design and distribute promotional materials, brochures, and online content to attract buyers.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, agents, and potential buyers.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and demand to provide valuable insights.

Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and concerns. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to gauge satisfaction and identify additional service needs.

Candidate Requirements

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma.
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing—ideally within real estate, consultancy, or professional services.
