About Us

We provide businesses with a smart, user-friendly HR system—Carbonate—designed to simplify workforce management. We're expanding rapidly and looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Executive to grow our client base and bring Carbonate to more B2B clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to spearhead our lead generation, outreach, and client conversion efforts for Carbonate. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads, running outreach campaigns, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified B2B leads for our HR SaaS product.
  • Execute high-volume outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Build relationships with prospects through consistent and professional communication.
  • Conduct product demos and clearly articulate the value of Carbonate to potential clients.
  • Work with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with campaigns.
  • Update and maintain our CRM with accurate and timely information on leads, activities, and outcomes.
  • Track sales KPIs and provide regular updates to management.
  • Close deals and ensure a smooth transition of new clients to the onboarding team.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Experience running outreach campaigns and nurturing leads.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in HR tech or with HR systems.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and LinkedIn outreach tools.
