About MyQueen:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join us as our Sales & Marketing Executive for our subsidiary, My Queen. My Queen is the 1st prenatal and postpartum wellness centre located in Sentosa, supported by a medical team. We aspire to provide prenatal and postpartum care for our quintessential women, to empower and support modern women in their maternal journey.

We strive to educate our mummies on topics varying from breast care to infant care. Marrying modern knowledge and traditional cultural insights by maternal-infant experts, we would like to deliver a blended maternal care model that emphasizes parental bonding and positive emotional wellbeing. We believe in a Happy Mum, a Happy Baby.

As our Sales & Marketing Executive, you must have a passion for marketing and embracing the latest technology tools to engage our prospects and customers.

You will be involved in campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement of progress, and optimization processes. You would need to be tech-savvy to enhance our brand awareness via digital tools. You should be proficient in English and Chinese to manage our company’s bilingual website. You will be a strong advocate for My Queen’s vision and mission, and a passionate role model in women’s wellbeing.

  • Assist in the formulation of marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Weibo, etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
  • Prepare online blogs and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website
  • Improve user experience on the company’s website
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
  • Acquire insights into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Cold calling to potential customers; closing sales and working with customers through the closing process
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

A Successful Candidate should have:

  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
  • Good knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
  • Experience with creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in communicating both English and Chinese
  • Minimally a Diploma in marketing or relevant field
