Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Procurement Documentation Support

  • Procurement Support: Process and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Sales Administration Support: Handle sales document processing efficiently.
  • Client Coordination: Communicate with clients to verify order details and documentation requirements.

Administrative Support

  • Documentation Management: Archive and organize transaction documents.
  • Bank Payment Processing: Prepare and process documents for bank payments, including Letters of Credit (LCs) and documents at sight.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update statements for partners.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact for partners regarding sales transactions, payment updates, and documentation requests.
  • Coordinate with accountants and auditors to ensure timely access to required documents.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, procurement processes, or administrative roles, preferably in commodities trading.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Trade, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Willingness and ability to learn on the job.
    • Familiarity with sales order processing, procurement, and financial documentation.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
    • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across different geographies.
    • Some knowledge of French is a bonus (the company will provide French language training to the candidate).

Work Setup:

  • Primarily onsite in Singapore with the flexibility to work from home once a week.
  • Official working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
