Working hours

  • 5 to 6 day week, negotiable
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays, 10am – 7pm

  • Salary range between $2,000 to $3,500 (commensurate with experience)

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep and clear understanding of the company’s range of products and be able to communicate the information to customers clearly
  • Engage with potential customers in-store, via WhatsApp, e-mail and social media messages to drive sales volumes
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude
  • Support all customer-facing aspects of the sales process, including preparing quotations and liaising with customers to schedule deliveries
  • Manage day-to-day business operations in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain the showroom's appearance to ensure it is clean and organised
  • Manage inventory count and assist with ad-hoc and periodic stock-take
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong command of the English language, written and spoken
  • Passion for furniture, design, and customer service
  • Professionalism and attention to detail
  • Energetic and self-motivated with a positive mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in social media marketing skills
