Job Description

We are seeking to hire a Sales Analyst to provide comprehensive analytical support and insights to drive sales strategies, predict sales patterns, and forecast revenue projections. The Sales Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Sales by leveraging data-driven methodologies to identify market trends, assess customer behavior, and optimize overall sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, exceptional attention to detail, and a good understanding of the out-of-home media industry.

Responsibilities

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from various sources, such as CRM systems, excel worksheets, and industry reports.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present insights to senior management.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and track sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  2. Sales Forecasting and Revenue Projection:
    • Utilize historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand market dynamics, product performance, and customer segments to enhance forecasting models.
    • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and economic factors that could impact sales performance.
  3. Sales Performance Optimization:
    • Analyze sales pipelines, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales processes.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue generation.
    • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth.
  4. Collaboration and Support:
    • Work closely with the management team to understand their goals, objectives, and challenges, providing analytical support and insights accordingly.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
    • Present findings, analysis, and recommendations to the stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, assisting in strategic decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the out-of-home media industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and forecasting techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the out-of-home media industry, including market dynamics, advertising trends, and competitor landscape would be beneficial or advantageous to the role.
