Reporting to the Director, Sales & Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales & Marketing business unit.
Job Responsibilities:
Distribute and file all necessary documents and correspondence.
Prepare proposals and contracts on behalf of managers to clients.
Handle day to day enquiries, feedbacks, quotations, coordinate and follow up with customers.
Communicate and coordinate with internal business units.
Manage documentation and administration.
Build credibility and trust by providing value added services via your interaction with customers and a high degree of responsiveness.
Handle and maintain the inventory of all stationery and office supplies.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Hotel policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
Maintain the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all Hotel residents, clients, staff and employers.
Maintain professional business confidentiality.
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
