Sales Admin (Operation) - Singaporean/PR!

Job Responsibilities

1. Called up sales reference and pass contact to sales representative.

2. Maintain sales agreement filing into shared folder.

3. Uploading of Nominal list for SATS redemptions.

4. Creation and updating of Child and Parent code.

5. Vendor Creation.

6. Input new and removal for subsidy customer.

7. Generate VIMS Collection Report and compute subsidy monthly sales.

8. Generate consumption report for HOD verification before submitting to Finance.

9. Verify, photocopy & match meter reading from machine card against VIMS meter reading before passing to Finance.

10. Scan all required machine card to a folder for Finance to email together with consumption report and Invoice.

11. Provide subsidy sales data to Finance to upload SAP (Invoice generated by Finance).

12. Compute Milano subsidy customers for SM commission.

13. Advise finance to charge rental for certain customers that did not meet sales (Intricon, MMI, Crimson).

14. Generate commission reports for Singpadel and ST Engineering.

15. Generate RVM report for NEA.

16. Generate commission for Sales Execution.

17. Stock Take for Warehouse and Cash Room.

Requirements

• Min O Level education
• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and meticulous in handling assigned tasks
