Our client is a premium merchandise solutions provider focused on point-of-sale materials and equipment. They specialize in customized OEM premiums, corporate gifts, procurement web portal, and point-of-sale merchandise for major multinational companies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders; maintain sales systems; assist with customer service and correspondence (calls, emails, letters, etc.).
Support the Procurement Team to get the best pricing and terms, and coordinate with internal and external teams to align on project goals and deadlines.
Monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure timely delivery (including DDP/Sample) to customers, track orders from initiation to fulfillment.
Support the design team, monitor artwork progress, and ensure correct processing of local and international orders.
Requirements:
Diploma and above
At least 2 years of Sales Admin experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Salary: $2,600 to $3,500
