Job description

Position: Talent Acquisitions (University Relations & Campus Hiring)

Role: 12 months contract (Renewable)

Location: Woodlands

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

As a recruiter, you will execute University and Colleges Relations strategy and program administration in Singapore that will include:

  • Strategic university/college engagement
  • Build and maintain relations with key partners
  • Organization promotion and program marketing
  • Analyze, plan, recruit, hire, onboard and convert top intern talent as early talent identification and pipelining
  • Partner with People organization and Business leaders to align, design and deliver differentiated engagement and hiring programs for interns and graduates
  • Collaborate with Recruiting and engage with Global University Program community to understand current and future workforce requirements
  • Engage and participate in global recruiting community on exchanging successful methodologies for university relations
  • Provide data, metrics, reporting and subject matter expertise to multiple partners
  • Track results of the University Relations Council and Recruiting Campus Partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in program, project, or event management.
  • Good experience and/or knowledge in building and strengthening relationships with key partners and stakeholders as you will be doing so with key university, college, associations, and industry partners, ranging from, but not limited to, career services, faculty & corporate relations.
  • Good understanding of inclusive recruitment methodologies along with knowledge in recruiting and sourcing skills.
  • Possess a strong ability to analyze data sets and create actions plans to address potential gaps, with the ability to build relationships and work with different types and levels of partners, including senior business leaders.
  • Experience in crafting and delivering communication materials and representing a corporate brand for the purpose of developing positive relationships with both internal and external partners will be highly advantageous.
