Objective:

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for establishing our GTM Sales strategy for the defined territory. We’re growing quickly and seek a seasoned, high-energy, and driven Channel Sales Account Manager with strong knowledge of and experience with Security Analytics / SIEM partners, and/or enterprise-wide security software technologies. We're seeking someone experienced in complex selling situations to both very technical partners as well as senior partner leadership and other decision makers. The candidate will be selling big data and advanced security solutions that empower organizations to solve mission-critical security problems by transforming data assets into actionable intelligence and data insights. The territory will focus on Singapore and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all facets of our GTM/Sales program in the defined territory, including account relationships, program management, and “sell-to” opportunities within the territory. Assist the field with “sell-through” programs as the program dictates.
  2. Help build our Partner Ecosystem by working with Distributors, Resellers, SIs, and MSSPs with companies such as NextGen, NCS, Exclusive Networks, Dimension Data, Ensign, and NTT.
  3. Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities through prospecting, networking, and understanding the Partner and Anomali value proposition.
  4. Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets and other regional objectives established by the company.
  5. Maintain and drive key relationships in the partner community, focusing on the commercial market on an enterprise scale.
  6. Develop and grow pipeline and revenue through targeted marketing & demand generation activities, partner enablement, and networking within the target enterprise market.
  7. Define and execute territory and account channel sales plans for assigned territory and meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, designing programs, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
  8. Work closely with our field sales teams to turn leads into opportunities via our partner relationships and network.
  9. Deliver presentations/demonstrations highlighting the benefits, key features, and functions of the Anomali solutions.
  10. Travel to customer and partner locations as needed in support of sales efforts (once COVID restrictions lifted).
  11. Provide regular reporting of pipeline and accurate forecasts through salesforce.com.

Required Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or an additional 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  2. 5+ years of experience in Sales with enterprise Security software products and exceeding KPIs.
  3. Must write/speak/present in fluent English. Fluency in a secondary regional language preferred.
  4. Global exposure, having education or work experience outside Singapore.
  5. Demonstrated success in working with Distributors/Resellers/SIs/MSSPs in a sales or business development capacity.
  6. Experience selling Security Analytics/Observability/SIEM products, or enterprise-wide security software technologies.
  7. Experience selling emerging technologies, winning new logos, and building territories.
  8. Cybersecurity is in your “DNA”.
  9. Deep working relationships with the Security Channel, SIs, and MSSPs.
  10. A rolodex and flawless reputation with partners and enterprise companies in this territory.
  11. Strong ethics, self-directed, and resourcefulness.
  12. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
  13. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  14. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  15. Positive attitude, ambitious, and a passion for building a valuable business.
  16. Technically savvy with strength in communicating business value.
  17. Strength in working in small teams as well as independently.
  18. Expertise in nurturing and building relationships.
  19. Working knowledge of SF.COM & Microsoft Office Suite.
