• Follow-up on leads and sales inquiries.
• Closing sales and driven to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Providing information about services, sales, and discounts to businesses and organizations.
• Handling customer issues.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
• Manage and grow individual sales pipeline.
