Support the project team in implementing and maintaining workplace safety and health (WSH) protocols and procedures.
Perform regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with the WSH Act, regulations, and internal company guidelines.
Plan and deliver toolbox meetings, safety training sessions, and induction programs for employees and subcontractors.
Keep accurate documentation of safety inspections, incident reports, risk evaluations, and training records.
Assist in the development of risk assessments, safe work practices, and other safety-related documents required for project activities in accordance with the method statement.
Address and investigate incidents and accidents, preparing reports and recommending preventive actions.
Requirements:
Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.
Certificate in Safety Coordinator / Advance certificate in Workplace Safety & Health.
Minimum two (2) years of relevant safety experience.
Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health Act.
Willing to travel around project site offices within Singapore.
