Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Safety Shoe Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth in the safety footwear sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, industrial companies, and distributors.
2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in targeted industries such as construction, manufacturing, and logistics.
3. Provide product recommendations and technical advice to customers based on their workplace safety needs.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
5. Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
6. Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
7. Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
8. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in safety footwear, PPE, or industrial products.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
5. Willingness to travel for client visits and meetings.
6. Basic knowledge of workplace safety regulations is an advantage.
